Tamaki is a third year student at the UA academy, he's studying to become a great hero! 

His power is named  "manifest", and it basically grants Tamaki the ability to enhance his body with characteristics of anything he consumes.

So, in order to defeat some villains, he must be aware of what will happen if he eats certain things.
